It’s Here - My Christmas Wish List! (and it’s all under $50!)
With Thanksgiving weekend behind us (and Black Friday) I am sharing some last minute gift ideas for anyone still in need of shopping. The best part? Everything is under $50! Because decorating and gift giving doesn’t need to break the bank.
I love a vintage bar cart more than most things, and these art deco glasses from World Market are perfection. I love the pink green and blue colors (colors I personally have all through out my home). These would make a great gift for the entertainer in your life and add some panache to any dinner party! The best part is that these glasses come with matching highball glasses, a cocktail mixing glass and coasters-that can all be purchased for a grand total of approximately $50!!!

I personally am not big on baking, but recently I have gotten really into The Great British Bake Off-we can all thank Netflix for that. While I don’t have great plans to start baking, I do however have a lot of wonderful bakers and cooks in my family, if you do too, then I suggest this adorable pie dish. I love the red and blue color combo with the charming, almost folksy pattern on it. If you really want to go all out you can gift the complete set with cake knife, measuring spoons, rolling pin and more!

Marion Pie Dish $42, Marion Cake Knife $12, Marion Measuring Spoons $18, Marion Rolling Pin $18
I stumbled upon these one day in the store and was fascinated by them. Each piece has to be custom made and is a true piece of art. I can just imagine these filled with an air plant or succulent atop a coffee table and making the perfect focal/talking point.

This decorative print throw bed by Opalhouse from Target is a wonderful gift idea for anyone with kids. You will definitely be upping your child’s sleepover game with this win. This instant bed is not just for kids though, the bohemian book lover in your life will love it as well. Who wouldn’t want an instant spot on the floor to stretch and relax?! Just hurry as prints are already going out of stock!

I had to include a gift for the pet lovers as I am a proud puppy owner myself. Lately I have been researching new dog bowls and since my home has a little bit of a mid-century modern vibe to it-these bowls caught my eye. I love the retro sputnik pattern, plus they can be personalized to include your dogs name-how cute is that!

One of the most overlooked items when people are decorating can often be live plants and they are so good for you! This plant set in particular is just so adorable! I found them on The Sill where you can shop and filter plants by not just size and variety but also by light requirements, pet friendliness and air quality. You are sure to find something you or a friend will love! (They also offer some faux options should you be a complete black thumb.) You can also add on planters of various kinds to truly customize your down to earth gift.

This item is a true gift of luxury. Not only is it beautiful to look at but is also functional in its ability to provide you with a serene escape. Just heat this pillow in the microwave for two minutes to create a relaxing warmth and lavender scent!

Few things are cozier than a candle in the home and these WoodWick candles are a step above the rest! These candles feature a natural wooden wick that creates the soothing sound of a crackling fire. So if you don’t have a fireplace you can recreate the experience on a smaller scale. They come in a few different scents but I am intrigued the most by Evening Bonfire and Fireside.

A new take on the retro black and white cat clock, this pink one is for the feminine feline lovers. I always loved the traditional vintage one, so when I found this pink version I was so excited to share it with you. I am hoping I get one of these in my own kitchen soon!

This item is one of the more expensive ones on my list and goes well over budget if you want the complete set of plates, bowls and mugs (which I do), but is far cheaper that an actual trip to Paris, so the francophile in me couldn’t resist including it. I am over the moon about this sweet bistro tiled pattern from Anthropologie that is inspired by the sidewalk cafes of Paris. If you can’t make it to France this year, bring France to you!
